If you forgot your user account password and cannot access it. To solve this
problem just flow this step

- Restart your computer
- Press F8 button for safe mode
- Run computer in safe mode
- Go to control panel user account
- select your account
- Remove your account passward
- Then Restart your computer
- Or
- After Removing password you can give new password
- Then restart computer
