Hard disk crash

  1.     Go to Control panel 
  2.    Select Power option
  3.    Select NEVER in Turn of Monitor Option 
  4.   Then press OK

  3. Run computer in safe mode
  4. Go to control panel user account
  5. select your account 
  6. Remove your account passward
  7. Then Restart your computer
  8. Or
  9. After Removing password you can give new password
  10. Then restart computer
